BPL: Rain washes out Sylhet-Barishal match without a ball being bowled

The BPL match between Sylhet Sunrisers and Fortune Barishal was deserted because of relentless downpour in Dhaka. It was at long last canceled at 3.50 pm.

The two groups had shown up at the Shere Bangla National Stadium and even got out to do a touch of warm-up, yet right away before the throw, it started to rain.

Sylhet had lost four of their five matches before Friday and are put at the lower part of the table with three focuses from six matches.

Barishal, in the mean time, would regret these two focuses in the wake of observing the musicality in late matches in Chattogram. Barishal presently lead the table with nine focuses from seven matches. Chief Shakib Al Hasan has been ablaze for them, featuring with allround exhibitions in two continuous matches against Khulna, in Chattogram last week.

The BPL will have some time off for the following two days, prior to continuing in Sylhet interestingly this season. Sylhet will have three matchdays before the opposition gets back to Dhaka. The last will be on February 18.

In the interim, the estimate isn't empowering for Friday's evening match also, between Minister Group Dhaka and Comilla Victorians, as there's probably going to be more downpour.
