Ishan Kishan ruled out of third T20I

 India wicketkeeper-player Ishan Kishan has been managed out of the third T20I against Sri Lanka in the wake of being struck on the cap in the second T20I in Dharamsala.

Kishan was taken to the emergency clinic the previous evening for an examination and CT filters were led, the BCCI said in a press articulation.

"The discoveries of the CT check are typical. The BCCI Medical Team will proceed to intently screen his indications of blackout," read the explanation.

Ishan was hit on the protective cap by Lahiru Kumara in the fourth over of the innings yet the 23-year-old continued to bat on.

India had recently added one more opener in Mayank Agarwal to the crew after Ruturaj Gaikwad was out of the series because of a physical issue.
