IPL 2022: Ravindra Jadeja to lead CSK after MS Dhoni decides to step down

 Ravindra Jadeja will lead Chennai Super Kings in the forthcoming IPL 2022, after MS Dhoni, who has driven the group since the principal period of the competition, in 2008 - bar the two years when the group was restricted - declared his choice to venture down from the administrative role.

"MS Dhoni was mulling over everything," Viswanathan said. "He felt it is the perfect opportunity to surrender captaincy to Jaddu [Jadeja].
